My research interests include all aspects of data storage and analysis of bioinformatics data for the organism Haemophilius influenzae. I am particularly interested in genomic, proteomic, and microarray analysis experiments to assist in elucidating the pathogenic and viral/bacterial characteristics, vaccine development, host-pathogen interaction and resistance. Areas of interest and application include the use of influenzae as a biological weapon or a reemerging public health threat.
