Abstract:
My main research interest include high throughput sequencing and all of the computational techniques which aid in the data processing. My current research is to use sequencing techniques and computational algorithms to determine HIV-1 resitance to therapy. These techniques include machine learning techniques for binary classification and linear regression techniques to find continious results. Underlying both of these techniques is the research of multiple sequence alignment algorithms.
