Abstract:

Does cis-Element Absorb trans-Element
by EMFs?

Heterocyclic base within DNA are electron conductive Pathway. Based on
the Barton study, A/T sequence is a barrier of DNA electron conductivity.
Are EMF of resulted from electron motion in A/T ended of DNA segments
have specific arrangement in DNA molecule? Analyzing all possible segments
in promoters and operators revealed special array of segments
those present. EMF of DNA in A/T ended sequences. Possibly the EMFs
created by A/T ended segment in regulatory sequence of DNA have
specific responsibility at least in promoter. The EMF may guide regulatory
proteins to target sequence. Another result is competitive behaviour of
bases in promoter construction. This new idea can help in prediction of the
exist regulatory sequence and finding sequences may be changed to
promoter, and Hot spot finding, The designed software, each time select
a template sequence and compare with all selected eukaryote and so
aging with change the template. So compute length of all A/T ended
segment. In conclusion may be all 90 promoter data resulted in existing a
common specific sequence in promoter, which is involved in EMF,
creating.
